1 red bell pepper (~1 c.)
2 jalapenos, finely chopped with seeds (~1/2 c.)
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. white vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 bag fresh cranberries
6 c. sugar
1 packet liquid pectin
Simmer peppers and vinegar together until peppers are soft. Add sugar until melted. Add cranberries, cook until all have popped, about 10 minutes. Follow directions on pectin packet.
