Welcome to amandaisafoodie! So after a little of thinking, I want to clarify. I'm not the obnoxious pretentious "foodie," I'm a foodie in the sense that I love all things foods. I love reading cookbooks, I love watching Alton Brown to find out how food react to different things, and I love watching other people cook. I don't always buy gourmet products, but I do plan on always having a tasty meal. So if you're hungry, just drop my house around dinner time and I'll cook you up a dang good meal! The recipes here are NEVER an exact science, so adjust as you feel necessary and to your own specific taste. You might not like what I like, but it's important that YOU like what you're eating!
